I enjoy helping clients solve their legal issues and the firm’s fixed / staged fee charging model which eliminates hourly rates / billing is allowing me to deliver increased value and a higher service level to my clients.

Profile

Emily is an associate in the firm’s corporate, commercial and corporate finance team. She is dual-qualified as a solicitor in England + Wales and Hong Kong with experience in corporate finance projects, including IPOs and mergers and acquisitions, and has advised listed companies on the listing rules of both the Main Board and GEM of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Ltd. She advises corporates and individuals on a broad range of corporate / commercial matters.

Emily graduated from the University of Nottingham with a Bachelor’s degree in Science and worked as a TV News Anchor, Reporter and Producer before completing the Graduate Diploma in Law from BPP Law School London. She obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
