Our dual qualified (Hong Kong, England and Wales) consultant Gina Reid has advised both in private practice with international law firms and in-house with multi-national corporations on all aspects of IP registration, enforcement and exploitation in Hong Kong and the PRC, including trademark prosecution, domain name dispute resolution, copyright advice, and IP / IT commercial transactions.
