As the UK Government rolls out more information about the BN(O) visa category and the application process, many applicants are finding that the information they need for their own specific circumstances is simply unavailable.

The generic guidance issued by the UK Home Office is often insufficient to guide you through the process of understanding how you may be eligible as an individual or as a family, and what your next steps should be for a smooth and stress-free visa application process.  For example, you may be unsure of how to answer specific questions in the online application, how best to present your particular circumstances, or what to do if you don’t have the required evidence/documents.
