Personal Statement

I am committed to contributing not only as a lawyer, but as a collaborator in my clients’ successes. I am motivated by wins – not just in the courtroom or at the negotiation table, but in personal and commercial outcomes important to our firm’s clients. As a Hong Kong-based lawyer from a multicultural background, I bring the ability to connect with and understand clients from diverse cultural and business environments. My growth mindset drives me to continually strengthen my capabilities and provide thoughtful, effective support in every matter.

Profile

Nitika joined bowers.law as an Associate in June 2026. She graduated from The University of Hong Kong in 2022 and went on to obtain her Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (PCLL) from the City University of Hong Kong with Distinction, earning a place on the Dean’s List. Prior to joining the firm, she trained at a boutique Hong Kong commercial practice with a strong focus on cross-border matters. Whilst at university, Nitika was selected as the inaugural winner of Skadden’s Outreach Action and Respect Programme Award, through which she led a year-long pro bono initiative serving the local community.
