Whilst Vivian’s primary focus is on commercial dispute resolution, she has a background in handling disputes in a healthcare setting. Vivian holds a Master’s degree in Medical Law from King’s College London. She also has years of experience advising clients in civil claims and disciplinary proceedings before the Medical Council of Hong Kong and the Dental Council of Hong Kong, and advising doctors and dentists on how to ensure compliance with their professional obligations.
